MATERIAL DISCLAIMER - Please understand that Marble and Granite slabs are products of nature and natural fractures are
      common but not defects in your stone. The Marble and Granite Institution of America states that stone slabs reaching the
      market come from mountains that are many years of age and any inherent fractures are a part of the natural character of the
      stone. Countertop Central makes NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES AGAINST GRAZING, SCRATCHING OR WEAR ON THE
      STONE SURFACE OR OTHERWISE, AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD SUBJECT TO VARIATION IN COLOR, FLOW, GRAIN, TONALITY,
      SPOTTING, VEINING, SHADE, AND TEXTURE. Countertop Central will make all efforts to strengthen any fractures with liquid
      epoxy and avoid them whenever possible. Countertop Central WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR NATURAL FRACTURES
      EXISTING IN STONE.
      Marble, granite, and limestone are products of nature and no two pieces are exactly alike. Countertop Central is not
      responsible for stone fractures or color variations from one slab to another. Customers must inspect material prior to
      fabrication and prepare any blending required to meet customer standards. Customer must choose and hold material of their
      choice. Absolutely no claims will be accepted for any reason after material and fabrication is approved by the customer.
      All fabrication is guaranteed to be as specified on proposal. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to
      standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications on the proposal will become an extra charge over and above
      the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire and other
      necessary insurance.
      Countertop Central reserves the right to refuse to fabricate using certain materials.
      Customer is to pay the 50% of total quotation amount before fabrication begins. Change of material after purchase and
      delivery to Countertop Central is subject to a 25% restocking charge.


      REMNANT POLICY - All remnants of material, remaining over 30 days at the address: 2730 N Berkeley Lake Rd. Duluth, GA
      30096 after the work has been completed would be deemed abandoned, and Countertop Central would have the right to
      dispose of the remnant properly.

      FIELD CONDITIONS - 1) Cabinetry is to be installed on a true plane and level to within 1/8” (4mm) in the (10'-0”) feet (3M).
      Areas to receive stone must be stable and rigid and capable of supporting the weight of the stone. Reinforcement may be
      required at areas in front of cutouts to insure that they can adequately carry the weight of the stone without flexing.
      Substrates (if used) must be of material that is moisture resistant. Countertop Central recommends 5/8” plywood for
      countertop support. 2) If full splash is required, wall mounted cabinets must not interfere with stone installation. Electric
      outlets must be roughed in. Appliance garage must not interfere with countertop installation. 3) Sink, range, dishwasher, etc.,
      must be available for measurements. 4) Cabinet doors, drawers, and panels must be installed prior to templating of project. 5)
      Door or window casing must be clear of stone installation.

      TEMPLATE PROCESS - It Is highly recommended that the contractor or homeowner be present at time of templating.
      Templated areas cannot be altered after template process is completed. Sink must be present at time of templating.

      CHANGE ORDERS - All change orders must be signed before they are fabricated or installed.

      CANCELLATION CHARGE - Should customer decide to cancel their contract after templates have been taken and material
      delivered, there will be a $4.00 per square foot charge for templates and a 25% material restocking fee.
